Mugdha Godse (born July 26, 1982 in Pune, India) is an Indian model and a Femina Miss India 2004 Semi-Finalist. She made her Bollywood debut in Madhur Bhandarkar's 2008 film Fashion.
Mugdha Godse has a Bachelors' degree in Commerce from MMCC College (Pune University).
In 2002, she was the first runner-up at the Gladrags Mega Model Contest and winner of the Miss Body Beautiful contest. She also won the Miss Perfect 10 at the Ponds Femina Miss India Contest in 2004.
She has to her credit the Airtel commercial where she shared screen space with Shah Rukh Khan, Close-Up toothpaste commercial and currently she was also signed by Mysore Sandal Soap as there brand ambassador . Previously Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the Indian cricketer was selected as the first brand ambassador of the Mysore Sandal Soap. She has spent over five years in the modelling field, doing press ads, music videos, commercials and walking the ramp at national and international fashion events..
She then appeared in a lead role in the Hindi film Fashion directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and starring Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Arbaaz Khan alongside her.
Recently, she was the guest in an episode of the talk show Oye! It's Friday! hosted by Farhan Akhtar.
